Level 2 Self-Defense Workshop

is taught once a year.

For ages 14 years old+

Next Workshop starts in...









The Level 2 workshop consist of 2 Days, each 4-hours in length.

Day 1 is Saturday 19 Oct 2024.

Day 2 is Sunday  20 Oct 2024. 

The Workshop starts at 1pm and ends at 5pm.

To be eligible participants must have completed our Level 1 Self-Defense Workshop.

Past Participants who are between the ages of 14 and 17 must have their Parent/guardian present during check in.

Day 1 (Sat Oct 19th 2024) 1-5pm

  1. Brief Review of Level 1 Continuum of Force
  2. Learn counters and escapes against grabs, chokes, and holds.

Day 2 (Sun Oct 20th 2024) 1-5pm

  1. Learn counters and escapes against grabs, chokes, and holds.
  2. Learn defensive striking to create openings for escaping an attacker who is assaultive and trying to cause harm against you or another person.
