The Intentional Living Letter

A WEEKLY LETTER FROM SIFU KEN ROBERTS

HOW WE LIVE. WHO WE BECOME

A life that reflects
what matters to you.

It is possible to keep up with life and still lose sight of the way you want to live.

The Intentional Living Letter invites you to examine your choices, question familiar patterns, and consider the person you are becoming.

One letter each week. Something to reflect on and return to.

MAKE ROOM FOR THE DEEPER QUESTIONS

Life moves faster than reflection.

We meet deadlines, fulfill responsibilities, and respond to what needs us next. Yet the questions that shape our lives can remain unanswered.

What are we allowing to guide us? Which expectations have we accepted without examining them? Are the choices we make consistent with what we believe?

The patterns we repeat.

Why do we return to familiar habits, even when we want something different?

The lives we postpone.

What are we waiting for before we use our gifts and pursue what matters?

The people we become.

How are our daily choices shaping our character, relationships, and direction?

WHAT ARRIVES IN YOUR BOX

A letter worth staying with.

Each week, an idea, story, question, or lesson opens a deeper conversation about how we live.

Read it thoughtfully. Save what speaks to you. Return to it as your experiences give you something new to consider.

WHY I WRITE

The work of living intentionally.

I write about what I am learning, teaching, questioning, and thinking through. With the intent to explore the deeper work of understanding ourselves and living consistently with what matters. Together the Intentional Living Letter is based on my Integrated Human Development framework.

I draw from psychology, science, philosophy, leadership, lived experience, and Scripture. My Christian faith informs my perspective. You do not need to share that faith to engage thoughtfully with the questions these letters explore.
